For the Second Time, Dr. Sayyad Nojavan
from the Electrical Engineering Department has been named as one of the world’s Highly Cited Researchers according to a new ranking published by prestigious Clarivate Analytics.
According to the Islamic World Citation Database,
Dr. Sayyad Nojavan, Faculty member of Electrical Engineering at the University of Bonab, is among the top 1% of scientists in the world. Based on data from the ESC database, (ESI) and WOS, Dr. Ahmadian was introduced as the top 1% scientist in the world in 2022 with more than 125 articles and 5700 citations.
To be included in the list of top researchers, all the scientific activities of the last 10 years at the international level, including the number of articles, number of citations, number of highly cited articles, number of citations to highly cited articles, are examined. Also, issues such as observing ethical principles in research, observing the level of self-citation to an acceptable level, as well as retracted articles are effective in selecting a researcher for this list.
