Steps to Start Your Journey

- Review the admission requirements and ensure you meet the academic criteria.
- Check tuition fees, funding options, and estimated living costs.
- Prepare your documents and submit your application before the deadline.
- Complete the International Student Application Form and email it, along with the required documents, to:
- Don’t forget to download and complete our CV template. This CV must be filled out and uploaded as part of your application. Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by the relevant academic department. Successful applicants will receive an official Letter of Approval, followed by instructions for submitting original documents and preparing for arrival.
All applicants must also register on the
Non-Iranian Student Portal of the Student Affairs Organization (SAORG) and include their tracking code in the application.
Your admission is finalized after you arrive at UBonab with a
valid student visa, complete your registration, and begin your academic journey.
What You Need to Apply
To apply, please prepare the following:
• Completed Application Form
• Scanned copies of academic degrees and transcripts
• Valid passport
• Recent passport-size photograph
For Master’s and Ph.D. applicants, additional documents are required:
• Completed CV template
• Personal statement describing academic interests and career goals
• Recommendation letter(s)
After initial admission, applicants must submit official Persian translations of academic documents, certified by authorized institutions. Proof of Persian language proficiency or completion of approved Persian language courses is also required.
Admission Policies
International admissions at UBonab are carried out in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of Iran.
Applicants may apply to all active programs offered under available capacity. Ph.D. applicants are required to successfully complete an academic interview and receive departmental approval.
All applications are carefully reviewed by academic and administrative committees to ensure fairness, transparency, and academic quality.
Tuition Fees & Costs
• Tuition fees are paid annually at the beginning of each academic year.
• Any required prerequisite courses will be charged separately.
• If the standard duration of study is exceeded
– Bachelor’s: 8 semesters
– Master’s: 4 semesters
– Ph.D.: 8 semesters
additional tuition fees will apply according to the official fee schedule.
• A document processing fee is payable at the time of registration.
